Billing and Policies

Billing responsibility - Invoices will be sent to the attorneys of record for the parties, who shall be responsible for ensuring prompt payment thereof.

Cancellations - Cancellations prior to thirty days before a scheduled event will result in a full refund. Cancellations between fourteen and thirty days before a scheduled event will result in a refund of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than fourteen days prior to a scheduled event.

Payment – Payment in full is required thirty days before a scheduled event or upon receipt of an invoice, whichever occurs first. Failure to make timely payment will result in the cancellation of a scheduled session.

Travel time – There is no charge for travel within the Greater Boston area. Travel outside of the Greater Boston area is billed at $200 an hour.
